Dance Instructor

Erica Zablackas Berg has been a dance instructor since 2007 and has over 30 years of experience dancing. She joined the staff at Arena’s Dance Company in August of 2023. She has taught all ages and abilities of students and has attended numerous teacher trainings in ballet, tap, jazz, acro, and lyrical to gain the knowledge and expertise to teach students proper technique and to stay up to date on the latest methods in dance instruction. She has choreographed dances for regional competitions and pageants in musical theater, jazz, and tap and has choreographed routines for solos and large groups for her studio’s yearly recitals.

In addition to working as a dance instructor, Erica has a Master’s Degree in Education and is a former elementary and middle school teacher. She is currently a substitute teacher in Moon Area Schools. In her spare time, Erica enjoys spending time with her family and playing with her two daughters, Lillian and Cecelia.
