Kaitlin Busch
Dance Instructor
Kaitlin Busch is a dedicated dance educator with over sixteen years of teaching experience at Arena’s Dance Company. Kaitlin’s journey began at age three under the guidance of Ronald Matty, and she quickly developed a passion for dance that led her to train extensively in ballet, pointe, tap, and jazz at Arena’s, where she became a member of Arena’s Centre Stage Dancers. During high school, Kaitlin honed her teaching skills as an assistant instructor, learning from respected mentors including Ms. Adrianne, Ms. Lynn, and Ms. Krista.
Kaitlin continued her dance education at Elon University, where she minored in dance and studied a wide range of techniques, including ballet, jazz, modern, improvisation, and choreography. After graduating in 2009, she returned to ADC as a substitute teacher and led summer intensive sessions. Kaitlin expanded her expertise by teaching at RK Elements of Dance under Rosalene Kenneth and the mentorship of Broadway’s Rachelle Rak, gaining valuable experience in the competitive dance world. She also taught at Brendan Alexander Dance Center before returning full-time to her home studio at Arena’s.
In 2016, Kaitlin helped build an elite competition team to represent Arena’s Dance Company. Her choreography has earned numerous awards, and her students have received accolades ranging from convention scholarships to professional performance opportunities. Kaitlin is passionate about teaching dancers of all ages and levels, emphasizing proper technique, alignment, and a lifelong love of dance. She strives to inspire each student to discover the spark that ignited her own passion for dance.
