Mary Primis
Fitness Instructor
Mary has been teaching group fitness classes for over 24 years. She is trained in general group exercise, spinning, Pilates, yoga, Zumba, barre, cardio kick, group strength training, silver sneakers, and more, but her favorite class to teach is classic step aerobics. She loves all things fitness but has passion for distance running and most any outdoor recreation. She believes strongly in the connection between physical activity and mental health wellness. Mary has been a Registered Nurse for 20 years and currently works for a specialty pharmacy. When not teaching classes, exercising, or working, she loves spending time with her family, going to live theater/musicals, and traveling.
