Kaitlin Busch started her training with Ronald Matty when she was three years old. She later trained at Arena’s Dance Company in ballet, pointe, tap and jazz and was a member of Arena’s Centre Stage Dancers. Throughout high school, she was also an assistant dance teacher, learning under the instruction of Ms. Adrianne, Ms. Lynn, and Ms. Krista. Kaitlin went on to minor in dance at Elon University, where she took technique classes in ballet, jazz, modern, improvisation, and choreography. After graduation, Kaitlin was a substitute teacher at ADC and taught summer intensive sessions. She also taught dance for Rosalene Kenneth at RK Elements of Dance, where, under the guidance of Broadway’s own Rachelle Rak, she quickly acclimated herself to the competitive dance world. Kaitlin spent a year teaching at Brendan Alexander Dance Center before returning full-time to her home at Arena’s. In addition to teaching dance, Kaitlin is the Director of Communications at Sewickley Academy. She loves teaching students of all ages and levels how to move and groove, and is honored to give back to the studio that fueled her passion for dance. This is Kaitlin’s eleventh year teaching at ADC.
