BARRE: Barre class is a workout technique inspired by elements of Ballet, Yoga, and Pilates. With high reps, low impact and high intensity movements, this class will tone your booty and core like no other workout! Please bring a mat, light hand weights (2-5 lbs) and water.
BUTTS & GUTS: This class is sure to get those ab and tush muscles firmed up and toned! Come ready to sweat and burn in all the right places! Please bring supportive shoes, a mat and water.
CRAZY CARDIO: Intervals of various aerobics (including step aerobics, cardio kickboxing, floor aerobics, boot camp, and more!) combined with moving resistance exercises will be taught in this upbeat class! You will be moving and sweating the whole time! Please bring supportive shoes, a mat and water.
PILATES: This class is a movement system that will carve your core and lengthen your spine. The Pilates method is so effective because it targets the deep muscles that stabilize your entire body, while also improving strength, balance and posture making you strong to the core! Please bring a mat and water.
PYB: PYB is a low-impact, high-intensity total body workout inspired by a fusion of Pilates, Yoga and Barre. This format offers rhythmic movement, high repetition strength work, athletic dance moves, yoga flow sequences, and cardio bursts. PYB will boost endurance, strengthen and tone muscles, increase flexibility, promote a stronger core, and improve balance and posture. Please bring a mat, light hand weights (2-5 lbs) and water.
STEP & SCULPT: Traditionally taught step aerobic routines and moving resistance will create a fun and dynamic cardio workout with every muscle group worked! Please bring supportive shoes, a mat and water.
SUPER SCULPT: This is a full body, strength building class, mixed with powerful cardio intervals, designed to target all major muscle groups in your body. Challenging and fun, this class utilizes free weights and a variety of other resistance training equipment to sculpt and strengthen your muscles, improve endurance and tighten your core. Please bring supportive shoes, a mat and water.
TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING: This class involves high intensity interval training (HIIT) exercises, using various weights and cardio exercises to maximize calorie burn and strength training. Equipment used may include weights, bars, bands, balls and steps. Cool down involves yoga and stretching for proper posture realignment and flexibility. Please bring supportive shoes, a mat and water and get ready to sweat!
TABATA TONING: Tabata is an interval training class using the timings of 20 seconds work followed by 10 second rest. It is a very popular training style where you workout in short sharp bursts to boost metabolism, increase aerobic fitness as well as increase lean muscle mass.
YOGA: Align, stretch, strengthen, and restore! Our Yoga class will take you through a series of poses to help lengthen and strengthen the entire body to improve flexibility, balance and focus. Treat yourself to this amazing mind and body class. Please bring a mat and water.
ZUMBA: Zumba is the ultimate dance fitness party! It is an interval style workout with a blend of low and high intensity moves, using Latin music as well as exploring other world rhythms. Zumba is a highly fun, total body workout that combines cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility. Please bring water and wear supportive shoes and get ready to shake, sweat and laugh with us!
Our classes are designed for individuals of all levels of fitness. Modifications are offered throughout the class. We encourage you to work at your own pace and comfort level. Street shoes are not permitted in the studio, please remember to change into your workout shoes prior to class.
